GPA Team member, Santa Barbara Applied Research, Inc. (SBAR), embraces the ISO philosophy on all their service contracts including three at Vandenberg AFB that contain work similar to several of the SOW requirements listed in the SEAPORT-e MAC - Request for Proposal (RFP).

This means that SBAR has standard processes/procedures and Work Instructions for all work performed under these service contracts. As a result, they have realized improved service and cost savings on all three contracts including over $5 Million (documented) on the Launch Operations and Support Contract (LO&SC).
