SEAPORT-e MAC - Functional Area 9 : SOW Paragraph 3.9
System Safety Engineering Support

On several deliver orders GPA has had to develop comprehensive system safety plans for our Navy customers.

Many of the plans have been tailored to address strict safety requirements needed during land and water-based operations. The plans comply with the latest editions of CFR29, Army COE 385-1-1, with the latest interim changes.

Many of the plans also include an Activity Hazard Analysis as per 385-1-1 and address procedures in the event a worker is injured on the job, to include transportation to the nearest port and hospital.

Many safety plans also require certifications conforming to applicable OSHA regulations for all heavy machinery used in projects.
