• Identify all processes needed by GPA personnel for contract performance.
• Determine the operational interaction of the various processes.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with released procedures by performance of internal audits.
• Establish criteria and methods to ensure that both the operation and control of all processes are effective.
• Ensure the availability of resources and information necessary to customer mission requirements.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze processes.
• Establish contract performance measures that are used to measure performance and customer satisfaction.
• Take proactive action to achieve performance objectives and seek continuous improvement of processes.

Our on-site Program Manager has primary responsibility for implementation of our Quality Assurance Program.
